Where do I begin?  David Mayerhofer is a Jack of all Trades…Master of Some.  The myriad talents he possesses are too great to mention, but  I will tell you this: he’s a magnanimous friend, has a remarkable eye, and could put away so much food you might think him a garbage disposal.
