Peanut Butter Au Natural

Can you say ‘gluten free’? I’ll say it with a peanut butter cookie packed with salted peanuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips. With no butter or flour this jewel has less fat and carbs than the typical peanut butter cookie….it’s still damn good, though.
