Part Done: Midnight Bliss

After taking 48 hours to flush the evil Advil out of my system and let my taste buds heal, I gave my newest creation a try.  Dark and decadent,  this cookie is not for the faint of heart.  It’s a delight that should be savored with your favorite glass of red by the fire.  Having none of those things, I ate mine standing near the stove in the kitchen.  Not as sexy, but just as good.

This confection is bittersweet, has a full bodied flavor and a wonderful aftertaste which lingers long after you’ve finished.  Eat it warm and you will find miniature creamy waterfalls from the dark chocolate chunks inside.  The Cabernet gives it a complexity I’ve never before found in a cookie.  It is my newest addiction.  I shall call it…Midnight Bliss.

These are the most amazing cookies I have ever tasted!! The slightly melted chocolate in the bottom of each cookie is heaven!

That’s quite the compliment! Thank you very much. Praise like that inspires me to keep creating.

Create baby create. These are the best cookies I ever had. Can I place an order for 10 million of them?
